From the General Secretary
General Secretary's Message:
As General Secretary, I am responsible for overall management of the Care To Life Welfare Organization Project. I oversee all works of coordination with NGOs/INGOs and donor agencies and other stake holders. Financial and administration part is also under my supervision. In spite of constraints in our funding we are making all possible efforts to run our project .whom we have rehabilitated and taking care of. At present we are most concerned with the planned projects, their funding and assurance of their implementation in the year 2024-27. The planned projects after implementation will bring lot of effectiveness in the community, particularly in health sector. The communities of this area are so poor that they are totally unable to bear the cost of any support like medication and other needs, for example transportation etc. But with the help of family members and friends we are continuing all these projects. I am proud to mention here that our staff, Volunteers, supporters and local people are making all supports to bring success of our programs.

In 2025, we reaffirm our commitment to advancing Disability Rehabilitation PWD orphan girls home, education and women’s empowerment three causes intertwined in the fight for equity. Skin disease is also a priority project.
For individuals with disabilities, education unlocks dignity and independence. We champion accessible learning through assistive technologies, teacher training, and policy advocacy, ensuring no one is denied opportunity. Women with disabilities face dual barriers; our leadership programs equip them with skills to challenge stereotypes and lead change.
Women’s empowerment remains central to our mission. Through vocational training, microfinance initiatives, and health education, we help women break cycles of poverty and discrimination. Special focus is given to survivors of violence and those in marginalized communities, providing safe spaces to heal and grow.
